Lindsey Scannapieco leads Scout, an inter-disciplinary development practice that focuses on the creative activation of underutilized space. Scout is currently redeveloping the Bok building into an innovative space for makers, artisans and entrepreneurs.

Lindsey has been recognized as a Curbed Young Gun (2014), a Next City Vanguard fellow (2015/2017), and the Rising Star Award in Real Estate (2018) by the Philadelphia Inquirer. Outside of work, she is an active board member of the Friends of FDR Park and the Fleischer Arts Memorial.

Lindsey holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and a MSc from the London School of Economics in City Design and Social Science.
