We are dedicated to continuously improving our organization. Our growth has been intentional and is supported by ongoing professional development of our staff and program improvement driven by outcomes measurement. We are excited to announce that we were awarded three grants focused on capacity building and leadership development from the Aim High program of the New York Life Foundation, the RISE Partnership, and the Valentine Foundation.
With the support of these partners, our staff will:
- Receive on-site and certification training focused on trauma-informed care and participate in the New York Life Foundation’s Aim High program’s Communities of Practice, peer-learning cohort.
- Participate in a group coaching program consisting of six on-site sessions on leadership, wellness, personal branding, and more through funding from the Valentine Foundation.
- Participate in the Scattergood Foundation’s RISE Partnership Implementation cohort to strengthen the effectiveness of our program evaluation tools.
