Lillian Knoerzer

Lillian Knoerzer is the Corporate Partnership and Internship Liaison at Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey. She is responsible for facilitating and cultivating relationships between Girls Inc. participants and industry partners, as well as identifying opportunities for career exploration, professional development, service projects, philanthropy, post-secondary planning, and internships for the advancement of Girls Inc. and our participants.

Lily comes to Girls Inc. with a background in architectural lighting design and interior design. In her 11 years in the AEC industry, Lily worked as a project manager and team leader, and volunteered as an ACE mentor from 2016-2021. She also co-initiated and led a diversity, equity, inclusion committee at her firm, and served on the international board for Women in Lighting and Design from 2021-22. Lily’s enthusiasm for working with and lifting up the next generation of girls led to her employment with Girls Inc. in 2022.

Increasing the leadership trajectory of women is something Lily is passionate about. Her work with Girls Inc. will further this goal by making connections with industry and social impact leaders to advance girls’ career development and post-secondary pathways.

Currently living in the wonderful and vibrant city of Philadelphia, Lily is a native Buffalonian and avid feminist. She loves the arts, design, and all dogs.
