Rasheeda Little(she/her)
Rasheeda Little is the Site Supervisor of the Out-of-School Time Program at Heston Elementary. In her role she plans, coordinates, and implements programs, projects, initiatives, curricula and activities to underserved youth in the Greater Philadelphia community.
Previously, she completed her internship at Girls Inc. during Spring and Fall of 2019. Shortly after, she received her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Behavioral Health and Human Services at Community College of Philadelphia Spring of 2020. Her experience broadened as she worked in diverse fields serving as a Mental Health Technician, Direct Support Professional, Childcare Curriculum Coordinator and as an Assistant for the WIC program.
Outside of work, Rasheeda’s service and advocacy extends to her neighborhood and non-denominational church community; where she serves as a Youth Leader, sings in the choir and minister in dance in the Fine Arts ministry. In her spare time she enjoys writing, crafting and reading.
