Sophia Lennox(she/her)
Sophia Lennox is the Site Director for our Out-of-School Time Program at Julia Ward Howe Elementary. Sophia has worked in community and youth education for ten years in both facilitation and program development positions. Her favorite part about working with young people is helping them explore their boundless, genuine curiosity about the world, and how much she can learn from them in the process.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington College in History and Art History, with minors in Gender Studies and Museum, Field, and Community Education. In her free time, she enjoys walking, collecting trinkets, and bookbinding. She loves all different kinds of art, but especially conceptual art with thoughtful stories, human connection, and rich historical context.
