Taylor Casserly

A mechanical engineer and construction professional, Taylor Casserly is driven to elevate both the built environment and those who shape it. With over 10 years of experience building technical data centers and office environments—both ground-up and complex fit-outs—Taylor brings a hands‑on, mentor-focused approach to the teams he leads and supports.
Taylor serves as the Community Initiatives lead for the New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, helping organize and deliver skills‑based volunteer efforts through DPR’s Service September initiative as well as year-round projects that help strengthen local communities. He also champions early‑career development as a college recruiting and intern program leader, sharing practical insight into the trades and pathways into the industry.
For more than five years, Taylor has partnered with Girls Inc. through camp days, career exploration, and project-based learning. In summer 2025, he worked closely with Girls Inc. to expand the Design & Build Career Camp into a two‑day immersive experience—giving participants deeper access to the jobsite and career opportunities across safety, engineering, virtual design and construction, and field operations. Passionate about mentorship, Taylor believes that opening doors, offering guidance, and creating tangible learning opportunities are essential to inspiring the next generation of builders.
