Discovery introduces young girls to the joy of reading while building confidence, curiosity, and leadership skills. Through engaging literacy experiences, healthy lifestyle activities, creative projects, and teamwork, girls learn to explore the world around them and discover the power of their own voice.
Every session encourages girls to ask questions, solve problems, develop positive relationships, and take pride in who they are—all while having fun in a supportive environment.

Exploring STEM Through Curiosity & Creativity
STEM Gems empowers girls to become confident problem-solvers through exciting, hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Girls experiment, build, design, and explore real-world challenges while discovering that STEM careers are creative, rewarding, and full of opportunity.
From chemistry and environmental science to engineering, media arts, and technology, participants strengthen critical thinking skills while building confidence to imagine—and create—the future.

Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders
Rising Stars empowers middle school girls to discover their voices, strengthen their leadership skills, and become changemakers in their schools and communities. Through hands-on activities, service learning, and mentorship from college students and professionals, participants build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and learn how to create meaningful social change.
Girls work together on a community action project that inspires leadership, teamwork, and civic engagement while preparing them for future success.
Program Schedule: Two Saturdays each month.
Mentorship That Inspires Growth & Success
Bold Futures is a year-round mentoring program that empowers high school girls to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and prepare for success beyond graduation. Guided by university students and professional mentors, participants explore college and career pathways, develop healthy relationships, and gain the life skills needed to thrive in school, work, and their communities.
Through engaging workshops, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, girls are encouraged to dream big, set meaningful goals, and become confident leaders.
Program Schedule: Meets twice during the week, with optional Friday sessions for homework support, wellness check-ins, and additional enrichment.
Leadership, College & Career Readiness
Ambassadors Club prepares high school girls to lead with confidence and successfully navigate life after graduation. Through leadership development, mentoring, college and career exploration, and personal goal setting, participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in higher education, the workforce, and their communities.
Supported by professional mentors and Girls Inc. staff, Ambassadors build lasting friendships, strengthen their leadership abilities, and develop a network of support that empowers them to achieve their goals.
Program Schedule: Two Saturdays each month.
A Five-Year STEM Journey
Eureka! is Girls Inc.’s signature five-year STEM program that empowers girls to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through exciting, hands-on learning experiences. Participants build technical skills while strengthening confidence, leadership, physical wellness, and college and career readiness.
Girls connect with STEM professionals, participate in immersive learning opportunities, and discover new possibilities for their future—all while developing the knowledge, resilience, and professional networks to succeed in school, college, and beyond.
Program Length: Five years
