Chandra Deal
Chandra joins Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey as the Director of Advancement, bringing more than a decade of leadership in fundraising, marketing, and communications. She has a proven record of generating multi-million dollar revenue streams, cultivating strong partnerships, and leading campaigns that expand visibility and deepen community impact.
A proud graduate of the Philadelphia High School for Girls, class of 246, Chandra went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She later completed dual Master’s Degrees in Public Relations and Entertainment Business at Full Sail University.
As a mother, mentor, entrepreneur, and activist, Chandra is passionate about empowering others and advancing equity. She is deeply engaged in social justice and civil rights, dedicating her time to being an advocate and participating in volunteer service throughout the region. As a member of the team at Girls Inc., Chandra is excited to help expand resources and opportunities so that every girl has the support she needs to grow up strong, smart, and bold.
