Jade Medley(she/her)
Jade is the Site Director for Girls Inc.’s OST program at Julia Ward Howe Elementary. With a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Law & Human Resources and a minor in Psychology from Penn State University, Jade has always been interested in understanding people.
Originally from Southwest Philadelphia, Jade brings a deep sense of connection and understanding to the young people she works with, seeing reflections of her own journey in the kids she supports. What Jade loves most about her work is watching children grow into themselves, gaining confidence and discovering who they are. She believes in creating spaces where every young person feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
Outside of work, Jade is a big sports fan, and you will often find her cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles (GO BIRDS!) and the Minnesota Lynx. She also enjoys playing basketball and expressing herself through jazz as a saxophone player.
