Karimah is a dedicated youth development professional joining Girls Inc. as a Site Supervisor, bringing a strong background in emotional support and a genuine passion for helping students thrive. She is currently pursuing a dual Master’s in Special Education and Psychology, reinforcing her commitment to supporting every student she serves.
She is committed to creating spaces where students feel seen, celebrated, and confident in their ability to succeed, because she believes success is already theirs. Known for her warmth, authenticity, and a touch of wit, Karimah leads with both heart and intention.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, attending concerts, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
