Sierra is the Operations Specialist at Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey. In her role, she supports organizational operations and human resources by managing onboarding, compliance, and internal systems that help programs and staff run efficiently. With a strong background in Human Resources, Sierra is passionate about creating inclusive, people-centered processes that strengthen team collaboration and ensure a positive employee experience.

She earned her associate’s degree in business from the Community College of Philadelphia in 2024 and is currently a senior at Penn State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources with a minor in Business. Sierra is committed to using her education and professional experience to promote equity, efficiency, and engagement across all areas of operations.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys exploring new restaurants around Philadelphia, hiking, and playing video games. She is also deeply passionate about empowering young girls to be strong, smart, and bold.
